Guan Yu appears as a bearded warrior in shallow relief on an upright white jade panel. His long weapon and flowing costume extend through the composition, while the close-up concentrates on his face. The panel's outer edge is softly curved rather than sharply rectangular. The source describes mutton-fat white seed jade and attributes this 402.5 g work to Fu Xuefei Studio.
